Incorporated in 1997, Elsworth & Bond Limited have been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years. For the first twenty years they acted as principal contractors and project managers on all of the projects they were involved with, carrying out refurbishments and conversions on all types of properties including Grade II houses and the construction new build houses and blocks of flats throughout London. Richard Sugarman the company Director has over 25 years experience in construction having previously owned and run a shoplifting firm. Elsworth & Bond Limited are now concentrating on Project Managing all types of residential and commercial refurbishments and developments. As Project Managers we are able to offer experience and expertise rarely found in other project managing companies. With this experience we are also able to bring to our Clients an extensive number of building contractors, material suppliers and a full professional team of architects, engineers, surveyors and designers all of who we have worked with on a number of residential new builds and refurbishments. We are able to Project Manage sites with a contract value from £ 50k ~ £ 1.5m. As part of the package we offer weekly site inspections and weekly or fortnightly site meetings with the main contractor, clients and professional team to ensure the building works are being carried out a satisfactory level, are on time and that there are no issues. Once a month an assessment of the works will be carried out and a Valuation Certificate issued to both the client and the building contractor. Once the project is completed, collect from the builder all the required completion certificates before issuing the final valuation certificate.
