Our business operates throughout the North West, with site offices located in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire. Our services focus on specific market sectors, primarily public sector housing but also public buildings and private sector renewal and refurbishment. Traditional values Our growth over the years is based upon our traditional values of integrity, honesty and excellence. This can be seen by our great success in recent years in the areas of Partnering, Collaborative Working, Customer Focus, Community Cohesion and, of course, a continuation of over 180 years of employing, training and retaining skilled craftspeople; principally by a determination to take on apprentices on an annual basis. We pride ourselves on providing high quality services which are tailored to the needs of our customers through our committed directly employed workforce. Loyal Customer Base We have won many accolades for the work we have done, such as the inaugural Oldham Diversity and Equality Award, Construction Best Practice Demonstration Status, Oldham Business of the Year and the list goes on. But by far our greatest tribute is the recognition and allegiance we gain from our many loyal customers, demonstrated by the volume of repeat business we have, which accounts for over 90% of our turnover.
