EMF Manufacturing (Engineering, Materials, Finishing) are an established family run business providing a comprehensive range of sheet metal fabrication and sheet metal work services in central Scotland and throughout the UK. Our expertise lies in our ability to provide an all-in-one package for all your metal fabrication needs completely in-house. EMF Manufacturing can work from your original drawing or advise on a prototype according to your individual specifications. Once the design is finalised we can select the type of metal, sizes and shape to begin the creation of your product. The final approved design is entered into our CAD software where CNC Machining processes including laser cutting, CNC milling & CNC turning, fabricate your bespoke component. When working with sheet metal such as aluminium, steel or brass, our Amada LC2415 ALPHA III laser cutting machine provides an unrivalled precision finish. Steel and aluminium products often require welding and all our MIG welding and TIG welding is carried out by ASME qualified staff. To complete the full in-house metal fabrication process for your customised component our finishing services include anodising, powder coating, polishing and deburring. Whatever finish you require EMF Manufacturing can deliver. When your component is complete we also offer an assembly service where we can assemble third party materials to transform your bespoke component into a site-ready application.
