EMOVES (statutaire naam: Stichting Urban Eindhoven) is hét platform voor Urban Culture in Nederland, gevestigd in Eindhoven. Het platform heeft als missie “empowering street and city culture” en heeft als doel urban talent te ontwikkelen en te ondersteunen binnen het culturele landschap van Nederland, Noord-Brabant en Eindhoven. EMOVES is een nationale, regionale en stedelijk culturele basisinfrastructuur instelling die mogelijk wordt gemaakt door het Ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap, de Raad voor Cultuur, de Provincie Noord-Brabant en Stichting Cultuur Eindhoven.
