The primary mission of EmployAbility: Employment and Housing Solutions is to continually embrace individual rights to self-determination by facilitating access to resource-leveling methods of empowerment and provide a holistic approach to employment support services. To also strive towards social justice and equality for disenfranchised members of Dane County with the expectation that all people deserve access to basic needs such as sustainable income and safe, affordable housing. At EmpowerAbility: Counseling and Psychoeducation, our mission is to empower people to unlock their inherent strengths and resources through solution-focused counseling. We are dedicated to creating a compassionate and collaborative environment where clients can set clear goals, explore challenges, and discover actionable strategies for meaningful change.
