Walter Lippert is the owner of Empowering Change, a business and leadership coaching company. Why does Empowering Change exist? To grow the Acorn into the majestic Oak Tree! What does Empowering Change do? Empowering Change creates winners. Every organisation, team, group of people and individual all have a reason for being; a purpose that defines their existence; a seed that wants to grow into the fully-fledged tree, in all its promise and potential that it was created to be. Empowering Change identifies that seed, teaches the organisation, team, group of people or individual how to nurture and grow that seed, looking after it until it has grown through its phases and reached its full capability. How does Empowering Change do this? By putting groups through a three-day immersive workshop, where people are able to identify how they behave within groups and the affect that their behaviour has on the group. During the workshop new ways of being and behaviour are discussed and practised, allowing for a positive change in the behaviour and outcome of the group. This is followed by a series of masterclasses once a week for ten weeks, which further entrenches the concepts and behaviour from the three-day immersive workshop. Additional skills and techniques are also taught and practised during the masterclasses to teach the group to respond to environmental impacts rather than just reacting blindly. During these masterclasses one on one coaching sessions are available to members of the group to assist with any challenges, blockages or concerns that an individual may experience during the process. In addition, customised interventions, facilitations or courses can be constructed to meet the specific needs of the organisation, team, group of people or individual.
