About Energy Modelling Hub - Carrefour de modélisation énergétique

Canada's climate objectives impose an energy transition on a scale and at a speed that are unprecedented. Robust evidence to inform policy design and decision-making is also needed to guide this transition. To reduce the uncertainties surrounding this shift, the Institut de l’énergie Trottier (Polytechnique Montréal), the Institute for Integrated Energy Systems (University of Victoria), and the School of Public Policy (University of Calgary) are working together to create the Energy Modelling Hub (EMH), a pan-Canadian boundary organization that will support Canada's energy modelling community and forge strong ties with policy makers and other energy model users in the public and private sector.
