About EnFloTech (Pty)
We specialize in coal mills; in particular performance upgrades to meet the increasing demands on the world's power generation industry. We provide a comprehensive service for major milling plant modifications, including investigations, feasibility studies, design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. Our association with various International equipment and component suppliers means we can offer the most cost effective solutions for plant upgrades and performance improvements. We also supply engineered spare parts for our own and existing items of plant, using the latest 3D designs and drawing software, coupled with our materials and manufacturing knowledge and in-house manufacturing facilities. We have invested heavily in product design using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modeling of all our technologies in order to give our customers maximum benefit from products delivered. This is done by site specific component design using the existing design as a base and then modeling the new designs predicted improvements and efficiency gains. This typically results in efficiency improvements of at least 30% on our new designs over the existing. EnFloTech established a world leading CFD methodology to model coal mills to help improve designs.
