This company has been founded in Caracas, Venezuela by Eduardo Flores-Lyon in 2005. Estudio Lyon develops contemporary designs and ensures completion of building works. His Founder: Eduardo Flores-lyon has been leading designs for more than 15 years with passionate design ideas. When he decided to raise this company, he had 9 years of experience working as a solo practitioner and as a subcontractor for other bigger companies. With works ranging from furniture and residential projects to commercial offices. ELA is being known as a successful leader in: -Personalized assessment to clients. -Contracting and subcontracting management. -Assisted with project pricing through competitive bidding. -Coordination of human and material resources. -Prepared sketches and developing concepts. -Helped clients to elaborate the programme. -Regular site visits ensured that the actual construction complied with the requirements of the construction documents. As Designers we: -Create schematic designs following the programme. -Develop design concepts. -Built models. And -During design development: checked for building code and ordinance compliance and coordinated various engineering and special consultant disciplines. Prepared or coordinated drawings of: structural, air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing systems and landscaping. -Coordinated the completion of the construction drawings and specifications.
