About FABRIC Mass Timber

Fabric Workshop is California's first mass timber manufacturer. We are targeting a Q4 2027 launch of our state-of-the-art automated factory, ideally located in the forests of Northern California and serving the US West. We will produce cross-laminated timber panels (CLT), glue-laminated timber beams and columns (GLT), and complete building systems in our hybrid, mass timber building, powered by clean, renewable energy that will set a new benchmark for low carbon manufacturing in California. Our team of designers, engineers, builders, and manufacturing experts are committed to helping solve California’s wildfire, climate, and construction challenges. We’re bringing a new generation of advanced, locally sourced and produced, prefabricated building materials that help forward-thinking builders create the structures and neighborhoods that will define California in the 21st century. In partnership with the leading design and engineering firms in the mass timber industry, we’re developing proprietary mass timber layups, facade systems, and other wood-based building materials sourced from ecologically thinned, regenerative forestry projects that reduce the scale and intensity of California's catastrophic wildfires.
