We can help you achieve this by: - Conducting Gender Audits and Analysis - Consultation and development of Gender Equity Plans in line with current State and Federal legislation including legislated procurement guidelines and the Victorian Women in Construction Strategy - Developing and delivering education and training focused on gendered violence and family violence (two separate courses) - Trauma informed approach Education and Training Overview Our workplace training builds an understanding of both gendered and family violence as a workplace health and safety issue that can be addressed by a whole of organisation approach ensuring that employers are positioned to demonstrate best practices. The training assists with identifying and implementing practical skills and strategies to effectively respond to incidents of gendered violence and family violence and in the case of gendered violence at work, prevent it from reoccurring. Our training draws on existing equal opportunity and antidiscrimination legislation, along with occupational health and safety legislation extending beyond this to focus on positive cultural change at all levels of the workplace.
