About Family First Community Center

The Family First Community Center is a warm and inviting new space nestled in the heart of the Cascade and Benson Hill neighborhoods of Renton, Washington. We are honored to serve all-ages in the community with a focus on recreation, education, wellness and togetherness! FFCC is a 21,000+ sq ft LEED Silver building that is in the final stages of construction. It will be completed in March 2023 and we hope to open our doors to the community in June 2023. FFCC will feature a HealthPoint clinic with medical, dental and behavioral health services. This is the first partnership of its kind in Washington blending a community center and health services. The FFCC also has multiple community gathering spaces including one with a demo kitchen that will offer healthy, nutritional cooking classes. There is also a dedicated STEM Makerspace, a dance studio, fitness center and gymnasium located within the facility. The Family First Community Center is a public-private partnership with the City of Renton, Renton School District, HealthPoint and the Family First Community Center Foundation. The Family First Community Center Foundation was created by Super Bowl Champion and philanthropist, Doug Baldwin Jr. If you would like to learn more about the Family First Community Center, connect with us!
