About FitLife Fitness, Aquatics & Physical Therapy
Established in 2002, FitLife is a Physical Therapist owned and operated Physical Therapy, Fitness and Aquatic Center located in the vibrant Mt. Airy/Chestnut Hill area of Philadelphia. Our spacious, one-of-a-kind fitness center boasts an array of exercise equipment, a comprehensive group exercise program, as well as a gorgeous heated pool for our members' enjoyment. Our team of licensed physical therapists and degreed exercise physiologists emphasize a hands-on approach to clinical care for patients as part of our Physical Therapy program both on land and in the water. The fitness center is fully equipped with some of the finest gym equipment available! Our classes, with the exception of Aquacize, take place in our spacious classroom. Hardwood floors, exposed brick, mirror-lined walls, and large street scape windows host a warm, inviting setting for our comprehensive class schedule that includes yoga, Pilates, Zumba, cardio-toning, Spin, and more! Classes range from beginner to experienced; however, most classes are appropriate for all levels. The tranquil heated indoor pool and whirlpool are usable by fitness center members, as well as aquatic therapy patients during their scheduled appointments. FitLife Physical Therapy is State Licensed and Medicare Certified. Our center is structured in a way that allows our therapists more one-on-one time with each patient. Whether one has been injured at home, work or play, FitLife Physical Therapy offers comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans to get patients back on their feet again. Through individualized rehabilitation planning and patient education, our staff is able to guide patients through a quicker recovery and give them the tools necessary to prevent future injury. We are 100% committed to providing the highest quality care for our patients.
