Five Financial is a unique financial services company born out of the current economic state in the country. When looking at the devastating losses suffered by a large majority of investors and savers in 2008, we, the founders of Five, knew that the industry as a whole had failed their clients. In searching for suggestions that may have helped the investors in the past and could definitely benefit them in the future, we noticed several things. One glaring shortfall which attracted much of our attention is the lack of education of most Americans. The second common thread we found is the scattered placement of the many aspects of a client’s financial life. Thirdly, we realized over the last decade the investment world has almost entirely abandoned their concern for preservation of capital in hopes of double digit returns. Many Middle Americans have simply followed the pack in their retirement planning and therefore had and have absolutely no idea where they are headed. As we all know, when in a pack, unless you’re the lead dog the scenery never changes. The founding group of representatives, when combined, bring a unique perspective to the financial industry. We combine over 70 years of experience in the financial services industry with 40 plus years of experience in the field of education.
