About Footsteps Movement
Mission Our mission at Footsteps is to inspire, empower and connect with youth to become agents of change. This mission is growing each day with the new work that we do. The Start Since 2008 Footsteps has inspired, empowered and prepared over 25,000 young people throughout the country to become agents of change and social leaders within their schools, communities, and organizations. We have partnered partnered with over 300 school districts, non-profit groups, community programs and much more. In doing this, we have provided amazing youth-driven programs and experiences at both the long-term and introductory levels that have inspired thousands of students to become leaders in action. Belief At Footsteps we believe that every young person has the right to be engaged in bettering their schools, their culture, their communities, and ultimately, their lives. We believe that everyday is a critical day in terms of empowering youth to be change agents. Our world is desperate for new leadership, deeper levels of humanity and action and engagement from our youth.
