Forms & Phases provides project management and production solutions for creative teams. Our goal is to help you transform your artistic vision into reality through structured yet flexible approaches. We serve game developers, animators, film teams, creative entrepreneurs, and cross-disciplinary teams who value creativity but need effective processes to deliver the work that succeeds by their standards and goals. As the founder, I bring certified project management expertise (PMP) and experience in game development and creative production to help teams overcome common challenges like missed deadlines, scope creep, team burnout, creative blocks, difficulty translating vision into action, and production bottlenecks. Some of our services include custom deliverables (project roadmaps, workflow optimization, communication frameworks), focused coaching (guided implementation of PM best practices), project and process audits and health checks, and digital PM tools and products. We believe the right amount of structure enhances creativity rather than limiting it.
