Our members come from all walks of life and include those brand new to fitness that have never touched a barbell to elite level athletes and all in between. Members are respectful and considerate. No intimidation, no attitude, no crowds. Established in 2009, with two locations in the GTA, we provide members 24/7 access to a premier athletic training facility. Our mantra 'Knowledge is Power' best summarizes our mission to introduce beginners to the most effective forms of training and fat loss, while building confidence in the gym. We provide members access to resources to help them achieve their goals. All members are offered a FREE introductory strength program and personal training session and have access to some of the most credentialed Personal Trainers and Advisors. We invest in our members and trainers at Fortis. From knowledgeable owners that have 20+ years experience in the health & fitness industry, to top of the line equipment and flexible membership options. We offer a first class training experience.
