About Foundations Care

We believe in the futures of all children and young people and to build futures we must care for, nurture and protect. We offer a home, an education, support and counselling services to some the most vulnerable children and young people in Wales. Our homes offer a targeted therapeutic service for children and young people with significant care and support needs whilst ensuring to focus on trauma recovery, counselling services and education. The project works with children and young people who have been unable to maintain usual accommodation or care environments, those with acute behavioural and emotional difficulties and those in need of specialised residential care settings. We actively promote a ‘needs driven’ environment and ensure to support children and young people in all aspects of their life. We aim to provide a home that nurtures the emotional needs of all individuals in our care, tailoring packages of care and support to each individual offering specialist care and intervention. We will always provide safe, caring and nurturing environments to promote physical and emotional wellbeing.
