FundEDU, LLC is a consultancy in support of faith-based schools in Pennsylvania looking to increase their scholarship funding through the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit program or EITC. The Education Improvement Tax Credit or EITC is a Pennsylvania State program that was established in 2001 which initially allowed only businesses to redirect their PA tax dollars and turn it into tuition assistance at private, K-12 schools in exchange for 90% PA state tax credits. It is now possible for individuals to claim the same tax credits on their personal income taxes using a Special Purpose Entity, described below. Additional federal deduction benefits may apply depending on the individuals tax situation.
