About Gear for Greatness
Gear for Greatness Inc. was established in 2023. Our founder Franceska Colocado’s father struggled financially when he was a student athlete which hindered him from being able to purchase gear that he needed to play basketball at his optimum. In return, her father worked hard to provide her with everything she needed to play at her full potential in volleyball. Our founder saw that this was a continuing issue throughout the athletic community. The goal for ‘gear for greatness’ is to bridge that gap and propose a solution that wasn’t accessible to her father. Gear for Greatness is dedicated to elevating aspiring athletes by fostering leadership, charity, and community synergy to inspire lasting success and greatness.
