Based in Albania, Gener 2 has become a dynamic force in diverse business sectors, with a primary focus on construction. Our core business encompasses the development of infrastructure and roads, alongside residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. We also actively engage in real estate and property management, marking our presence in this competitive domain. A key element of our portfolio is our involvement in the energy sector, where we've developed 25 MW of clean energy, with plans to add another 300 MW of solar and wind power over the next three years. Our projects are widespread across Albania, where we leverage our vast pool of knowledge, skills, and commitment to ensure each project's success. Celebrating over a quarter-century of operations, Gener 2 has evolved significantly, combining the seasoned expertise of veteran builders with fresh insights from younger generations educated in the EU and North America. As a mid-sized company by international standards, Gener 2 stands as one of Albania's largest and most influential entities in the construction sector, employing over 1,000 people. Our project portfolio is extensive and varied, covering everything from residential buildings to infrastructure projects like roads, highways, water systems, fiber optics, processing plants, and even an airport control tower. Notably, our residential projects have left a significant mark on nearly every part of the capital city. Our landmark projects include the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP), which traverses 211 km through Albania, and the Thumane-Kashar highway, a 21 km segment of the Blue Corridor national project linking north and south Albania - the first A class highway in the country.
