Get Up and Go! are here to help children fall in love with fitness. We believe there is a sport out there for eveyone and we CAN help you find it. We work with pre schools, nurseries, primary schools and parents by bringing an array of different sports to their children each week, each session is themed with a new sport. We also work with councils to ensure that our sessions hel achieve foundation stage/phase learning outcomes. Furthermore, we work with care homes, EMI units and day care centres to offer chair based exercise classes. We are growing by the day and our employees are the best out there - dynamic, energetic, caring, not to mention fully qualified and insured (of course).
