About Global Community Designs

At the heart of this non-governmental organization is a metaphorical great tree stretching into the sky with the power of innovation and through vast networks across the Planet Earth by virtue of collaboration. Essentially, we offer valuable models to empower community organizations to do their good works in the world for promotion of healing, preservation, regeneration, and replenishment. Although the structure is a "private benefit club" in nature, it is more accurate to say we are a Mutual Benefit Society composed of many allied communities. Another way of defining this core principle is: a symbiotic co-existence respected within our alliance, or: a common reverence for each purpose in the grand design. Our four primary areas of operations are: --> community wellness support --> multi-media production & broadcasting --> green goods & services (triple-bottom-line) business --> event productions for inspiring education & entertainment To define our cause concisely: we Champion the Ripple Effect to illuminate the vast common ground shared between community wellness support & permaculture. Therefore, we exist to serve member individuals, families, and organizations with benefits including peer support, education, training, and providing goods/services that nourish our conscience and bring deeper meaning to our lives. In our catering to interest in alternative lifestyles, we also explore solutions that make sense; for example: we offer barter options and time/work exchange in lieu of the common conventional requirements that limit members to only contribute financial offerings. We are dreaming of a new world together, one that is far more graceful, greener, cleaner, wonderful, and peaceful, especially. We hope our species may stand a chance for a liveable future, and extend this culture of mutual reverence to our fellow Earthlings.
