We provide bespoke solutions for complex components and assemblies, where we ensure that by collaborating with our partners we offer a second to none focus on delivering a great customer experience. We are a tier-one supplier working with advanced materials, geometries and technologies. We offer a large range of high end 3,4,5 axis machines with milling capacity from 5mm cube to 2500mm x 1000mm x 1500mm, turning capacity from 3mm diameter to 570mm diameter. We also have capacity for grinding, EDM, bead blasting, rumbling, welding capability & modular storage of contracted parts ready to dispatch. All manufacturing services are backed up by an exceptional standards facility, running latest PC-DMIS software. All equipment is operated by an exceptionally skilled team who manufacture and assemble a range of components including one-off developments, batch manufactured requirements and OEM's on scheduled deliveries.
