Grande Care was established in 2017. Grande Care is a domiciliary/home care agency that tailors it's service for each client to meet their own individual needs. Grande Care prides itself on having a client- focused service that ensures the client has the best experience of quality care whilst receiving services in their own home. We strive to ensure that our clients and their families receive exemplary service whatever our involvement - from 24x7 live-in care to a 30 minute per day check in call. Grande Care believes that, for services to be effective, they should be based on sound values and principles and an understanding of the fundamental and individual needs of service users. Grande Care offers a variety of home care bespoke services tailored to meet individual needs and what is important to their lives.
