About Great Lakes CrossFit

CrossFit is a broad fitness program that specializes in not specializing. Whether you are looking to get into better shape, an elite athlete or a weekend warrior CrossFit can help make your life better. We have instructor lead, high intensity, group workouts for every age and ability level. We offer better living through movement. If you are interested in checking us out, we offer a free basic introductory class every Saturday at 11:00 am. The classes last no longer than one hour. During the hour you will workout in a small group. The class consists of a warm up, coaching on movements, workout and cool down. All movements are scaled to each person's ability level so everyone can participate. There is no need to register, simply show up and be ready for a workout. We are located in the east suburbs of Cleveland right near the 271/480 interchange. We are minutes away from Solon, Beachwood, Chagrin Falls and Mayfield.
