Founder | Breathwork Facilitator | Equine Guide | Brand Storyteller Sarah Haberman is the founder of Haberman Harmonics, a nature-centered practice devoted to helping people return to wholeness by reconnecting with the wisdom of their bodies, breath, and the natural world. A lifelong seeker, explorer, and student of the human experience, Sarah guides individuals in cultivating inner and outer harmony through transformative tools such as breathwork, somatic presence, and equine experiences. Certified as a Pause Breathwork Facilitator, an Equine Assisted Learning Guide and HeartMath Practitioner, she holds space for deep healing, nervous system regulation, and embodied self-awareness—supporting people in remembering who they truly are and transforming their relationships with self, others, and the Earth. Sarah is also the co-founder and managing partner of Haberman / Modern Storytellers, a mission-driven marketing agency in Minneapolis, amplifying the voices of pioneers creating positive change. With a career rooted in storytelling, she has long championed causes that empower women, promote sustainable food systems, and uplift socially conscious brands. Her work across both realms—inner transformation and cultural storytelling—reflects a common thread: helping people and organizations live, lead, and communicate from a place of alignment and authenticity.
