The vision is to become recognized as a trusted advisor to pastors, specializing in leadership development, pastors newly appointed to a church, and improving healthy lifestyle and longevity. "Seminary didn't prepare me for this," is a common statement spoken by most pastors. Minimal if any training is given to pastors, who are inserted as the leaders of one of the most important and purpose driven organizations in our society. Coaching will be centralized on behaviors strengthening the leadership traits needed for pastors to effectively lead their church, set appropriate boundaries and improve the longevity (attrition rates) of their ministerial influence. Customized curriculum is built around KSAP (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Personal Characteristics) ratings. With an extensive background of senior-level sales, consulting, mentoring and new business development experience, David Washco is passionate about helping Pastors develop a custom strategy for personal and professional growth. Particularly adept at establishing consultative relationships with pastors and colleagues that foster a collaborative approach to solving challenges, overcoming obstacles and improving personal effectiveness.
