Harry E. Robbins Associates Inc. is a real estate company built on integrity, hard work, and tradition. As a third generational company, this family of Real Estate agents has formed a reputation of reliability and productivity for themselves within the community. Founded in 1971 by Harry and his wife Lois who have been residents of Sarasota since 1952, after moving from Indiana. Harry Robbins became a licensed Realtor in 1968 and served as President for the Sarasota Board of Realtors (now RASM). Harry’s son Loyd Robbins joined Harry E. Robbins Associates Inc. as a sales associate in 1973. Loyd was involved with marketing industrial and commercial properties, primarily industrial condominiums, for 40+ years and involved in the planning and marketing of thousands of office and warehouse projects in Southwest Florida. The third Robbins generation, Kevin, Troy, Derek and Emerson, as of 2023 own and operate Harry E. Robbins Associates, Inc.,. Kevin Robbins joined in 2002 and is the president of Robbins Commercial. Troy Robbins is the Broker and Chief Operating officer of Harry E. Robbins Associates, Inc. joined as a sales agent in 2006 and earned his broker's license in 2016. Derek Robbins joined as a sales agent in 2017 and bot his brokers license in 2023. To complete the family dynamic Emerson Robbins joined as a sales associate in 2021. Now in it's 52nd year, the Robbins brothers are proud to carry on the Robbins Real Estate legacy alongside the great staff and agents that are licensed with Harry E. Robbins Associates, Inc.
