About Hatton Academies Trust

Hatton Academies Trust is a local network of academies who work together to support all of our students. We are responsible for the education of around 2980 students in five academies in the locality of Wellingborough and the surrounding villages. We couldn’t have got this far without our people, the dedicated class-based teachers, the responsive administrators, the pastoral experts, the inspirational leaders, the supportive Mental Health First Aiders, the attentive learning assistants… the list could go on and on! We appreciate every individual in our Trust and their contribution to our successful outcomes. We always know that we can do more and we are continuously working on actively listening, upskilling, supporting and improving in any way which supports our colleagues. We serve a diverse community of families from a wide range of nationalities and ethnic backgrounds and differing socio-economic situations. We employ many people from these same communities which is a great way to invest in, and develop, local talent and to provide role models to whom our students can relate. We also attract people from further afield; Wellingborough is an expanding area and with good transport links to the south east and midlands, we find that new employees have often relocated to the area.
