HB Underwriting is an MGA that creates insurance products for customers who are underserved in the marketplace or have not seen any advancement in cover or servicing provision for a number of years. Rural Protect is our specialist Management Liability insurance policy which covers farmers and rural business owners and managers, as well as provides protection for the business itself and every member in it. This unique partnership insurance product was developed by us and is backed by leading UK and global insurer, AXA, to fill a significant gap in the rural insurance market. The policy is offered through our panel or broker partners and provides a specialist type of management liability insurance that is tailored to the particular needs of the rural sector. Employer Protect is our direct-to-consumer insurance solution for those receiving healthcare or social care funding to employ a personal assistant or carer for their personal care at home. Underwritten by insurer First Underwriting, with ARC Legal Assistance supporting with all legal provisions of the policy, Employer Protect bridges the gap for direct payment recipients who legally require commercial Employers’ Liability insurance due to their status as an employer and who are currently underserved by the insurance market. From £60.48 per year, the policy includes Employers’ Liability insurance with the added protection of Public Liability cover, Temporary PA Replacement cover, Redundancy cover, and the option to include Employment Disputes and Legal Expenses cover. We also provide access to Equipsme - a simple and practical Health Insurance Plan for businesses, backed by AXA PPP. Equipsme makes it possible to give employees a health benefit they really value, with premiums starting at only £7 per person per month. Businesses choose the level of cover they want and employees have the opportunity to upgrade and add their family should they wish.
