Vision: An organization that is the premier choice for health care research, program development, and evaluation services to improve population health in East Central Florida. In 1982, the Florida Legislature created the Local Health Planning Councils. There are 11 councils providing services across Florida. East Central Florida includes Brevard, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties. Some of our services include: research, feasibility studies, needs assessments, program development and evaluation, data analysis and project management.
