Through our supportive alliance, you'll gain an advocate committed to helping you connect with new possibilities and inner resources to achieve your goals. I provide a comfortable space for safe exploration. I value attentive listening and curiosity about how a compassionate understanding of your past can often inform the resolution of distressing circumstances in your present. I'm experienced in helping people who struggle with excessive worry, overwhelm, and depression, especially as these symptoms impact self-esteem, relationships and workplace routines. Your needs will be our guide in session. I will offer active, non judgmental listening as well as questions and interpretations for your consideration. I've worked extensively with LGBTQIA-identified clients and offer support for recovery from substance abuse and complex trauma, as well as patterns of sexual or romantic behavior that are troubling to clients.
