At HIT Education we have over 15 years’ experience of working within the Social Sector (Mental Health, challenging behaviours and Disabilities) and 8 years’ experience in the Educational Sector; focused around Inclusion and N.E.E.T. We are accredited to deliver Agored Cymru and NOCN qualifications that primarily focuses on clients aged between 14 to 18; who have been identified as the highest percentage of clients that are disengaged. The main sector that we are working with are those that are at risk of becoming N.E.E.T's but we also work with any age range including early intervention. What courses? The courses we develop fit in with the individual’s needs. The needs of the individual are identified by completing an initial assessment around the client. The courses we deliver are developed to encourage learning. An holistic approach is adapted so it can encourage all ability clients. All sessions are engaging, and learning is imbedded into practical activities. How does HIT Education work? All learners on programmes are always encouraged to participate in all activities. To further facilitate learning, all learners have an input onto how the course will be run. The team focuses on working with individuals and groups to further develop their own individual needs. The aim is to offer a bespoke package that creates an action plan, that will progress them into further education, training or employment. As well as developing the client’s individual needs, such as life skills, mental health and employability. The qualifications we offer can be collated to the same grade as a GCSE.
