About Hoffman Institute UK
The Hoffman Institute provides a model for personal development by educating the public in the theory and practice of holistic living through a seven day residential workshop known as the Hoffman Process. We strongly believe that in order for human beings to contribute to being part of the greater whole in a more positive way, we each have a responsibility to undertake our own personal growth and development. It is our aim that we effect a change in society one person at a time. Bob Hoffman created the Hoffman Process in 1967, drawing on established techniques and adding a few nuggets of his own. More than 50 years later, his work is even more relevant than it ever was, and the Hoffman Institute now operates from 17 centres in 14 countries worldwide. Many participants see the Hoffman Process as the transition point between their life as it was, and their life as they would like it to be.
