About Home-Start Elmbridge
Home-Start Elmbridge is a family support charity working with vulnerable families in the local community of Elmbridge. Many of the families that we work with are experiencing a wide range of disadvantages and are struggling to cope. Working alongside parents, our early intervention support helps to build independence and resilience empowering parents to build positive and healthy futures for their young children. The support we give is not judgemental, it’s just compassionate, confidential and as an individual as each family is. Our vision is to deliver a holistic approach to support, so we offer several different support offerings including: Home-visiting volunteer support, Carer Support, Crisis Support, Counselling Support and Group Support. All our services and offerings are free. We accept referrals from a wide range of professionals such as health visitors, children's services, local Family Centres, other charities, self-referrals, to name a few.
