Delivered by a team of health professionals and volunteers, our palliative care services are holistic and include all aspects of physical, social and emotional well being - enabling those who are terminally ill to live well. Because you want the best for your loved ones Hospice Waikato’s aim is to provide care, comfort and the best quality of life possible. Our approach is holistic. Our team recognises that you may need help with many things – both physical and emotional. Despite significant operating expenses, the services we provide are free of charge. We rely upon fundraising and support from the community to ensure that we can continue to offer this holistic service to our patients and their families.
