HostHelper.pl is one of the largest operators of short-stay rental apartments in Warsaw. We provide an end-to-end service to support landlords in managing their apartment on the short-stay market through portals such as Airbnb, Booking and Expedia, as well as our own website www.ShortStayPoland.com. We manage the listing creation, price setting, guest interaction, booking management, key exchange, trouble-shooting, cleaning and maintenance. Landlords recognise the higher income potential that is possible from short-stay rental of their apartments, but typically investors and owners of second homes are the very people who do not have the time or inclination to manage the operational side of things (cleaning, maintenance, guest interaction, key handover). HostHelper's active management service also ensures that apartments are maintained in a better condition than traditional long-term rentals which landlords don't have time to regularly check. We also provide an outsource service to individual apartment owners who wish to continue managing the guest contact and bookings process, but need help with operations (key handover, cleaning, maintenance).
