Hotel Los Roques S.L. is a privately owned company created to manage various projects in Tenerife. The first project, Los Roques Restaurante, was created and opened in October 2005 and was sold to a private buyer in August 2016. During our period of operation the restaurant was taken from unknown through to success and notoriety. Key achievements include * appearance in a number of "top restaurant" guides including the Telegraph (UK), Guardian (UK) and Metro (UK) * entry in the Michelin guide * a variety of TripAdvisor awards, including a "Certificate of Excellence" since inception of the award; The Travellers' Choice award - a list of the top 10 fine dining restaurants in Spain - for two years; inclusion in the article listing the top 10 restaurants in Tenerife; entry in the TripAdvisor Hall of Fame since its inception * catering to notable guests, including Marc Anthony & Jennifer Lopez (2007), and Angela Merkel (2016) * a very high repeat-custom rate; from 2012 we maintained a level of repeat custom at almost 50% of all customers served, where a repeat customer is defined as someone who has dined in the restaurant at least three times The company is currently providing consultancy services, whilst investigating the potential of short-term rental property and possible new restaurant projects.
