Huse Incorporated is a restaurant management corporation with one unifying goal across all brands... We are in the business of delighting our customers. Huse Inc. handles construction, operations, marketing, insurance, public relations, and accounting functions for its family of restaurants and real estate investments. Its holdings include 34 Arby's restaurants across the Midwest, as well as four fine dining restaurants in beautiful, bustling Indianapolis: three Harry & Izzy's and the one and only, world-famous St. Elmo Steak House. Stephen Huse bought into his first Arby's restaurant in 1967, making him one of the first Arby's franchisees. Stephen is considered one of Indiana's most successful restaurant owners and operators, and he attributes much of his success to living by a philosophy that success flows from an ability to attract and keep good people. As such, much of the company's management and leadership are long-time associates. Finding employees that are dedicated to providing the highest level of quality to every customer we have the privilege of serving has been his focus for nearly 50 years. But the Huse philosophy does not stop only with the company and its restaurants. The spirit of giving and family cooperation extends far into the community as well. Typically, Huse Inc. donates or raises over $100,000 per year for numerous causes that have included Big Brothers Big Sisters, Relay for Life, American Red Cross, various after-school programs, and ongoing relationships with both No Kid Hungry and Riley Children's Hospital.
