These services start from the conceptual/schematic design phase of the project, through contract working drawings, specifications, and construction administration. Each building project is evaluated using several structural schemes in order to optimize the structural system and select the framing scheme, which is most compatible with the functional, architectural, environmental, structural, construction time, and economic requirements of the project.
