About Illuminaire Leadership

Illuminaire Leadership Institute is a global learning community founded by Professor Karise Hutchinson, a renowned academic in leadership research and practice. Frustrated that much of the science behind the practice of leadership stays behind the closed doors of academic institutions, we founded Illuminaire in 2022, believing there is a need now more than ever to bring the latest leadership data and insight to leaders across the world. Illuminaire has a mission to inspire transformation at individual, organisational, and societal levels through insights grounded in research so we learn how to live out our leadership in our everyday lives. In 2024, we proudly launched Illuminaire Press, an annual print and digital publication that makes the latest research accessible through the beauty of storytelling and art. Each volume is a beautifully curated collection of the best of leadership research and data, as well as insightful interviews and inspiring stories with leaders from around the globe. Professor Karise Hutchinson delivers impactful keynotes and leadership masterclasses globally, sharing cutting-edge leadership insights with governments, organisations, and boards.
