We offer a variety of home care services to meet a client’s specific needs. Our Mission We are committed to providing quality home health care to our clients, enabling them to control their lives and their health care needs in an atmosphere of independence. How We Operate Unlike other agencies that just send any aide to your home, we at In Home Personal Care have a different philosophy: We encourage our clients to meet our home care aides before providing any services. This reduces turnover by allowing both the client and the aide to ensure they feel comfortable working with each other. Our clients have complete control in scheduling their home care aides. We carefully pre-screen applicants and require them to complete a comprehensive training program. If you prefer to keep your current aide or nurse, you are welcome to refer them to us.
