Inov8ive - the future of firearms accountability - building a product that can capture in real-time when, where and under what conditions a firearm is discharged providing immediate complex data for forensic, operational, security and safety alerting & analysis. Our products are developed in-house, including embedded software development, hardware design, mechanical design, software testing, verification and validation, compliance, AI, project management, and technical consultancy. Our team also has experience with embedded processors, microcontrollers, and sensors, alongside software libraries. We use Lean-Agile processes, Test-driven development and Behavior-driven development with a splash of waterfall across our embedded software projects. We have created our version of these practices. We have a strong advisory team, including a part-time Financial Director, Mentors, Advisors, Patent and Commercial solicitors, Retired members of the Police and Army, alongside support from Government schemes including Innovative Edge, Knowledge Transfer Network, etc. We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion as our core values.
