About International Management School Geneva
The IMSG was born of a meeting between two Business School graduates who wanted to create a Business School "in which they would have liked to study and where they would have sent their children to learn with peace of mind". The school's pedagogy is based on a simple principle: "learning must be, above all, a pleasure", without neglecting university standards in terms of content and methodology. In 2019, an agreement with the Charted Institute for Security Investment (CISI) in London will provide an opportunity to prepare students for careers in international finance. students for careers in international finance and trading. 2019 will also see the launch of Executive Programmes with a Part Time MBA in Area Development and a double degree with foreign universities, which will strengthen the international dimension and student mobility. There will also be the launch of a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), as well as the "Mutations and Agilities" chair, which will focus on the Metagile® manager or entrepreneur. 2020 will see the arrival of the Federal Specialist Diplomas in SME Management, recognised by the FEP Switzerland and becoming one of four institutions authorised to validate the modules required to obtain the diploma. In 2023, true to its values of commitment to society, the IMSG obtained the B Corp label and moved towards the status of "company with a mission", which requires it to to consider the long-term impact of all stakeholders and to integrate them into the school's strategy. The culture of social responsibility and the notion of extra-financial performance are distilled into the curriculum from the first year of the Bachelor's degree, and more particularly in the MBA, with a programme focusing on value creation with a view to extra-financial performance. CyberAgility, Agile HR and impact measurement, Responsible Finance and Marketing insight and the changing face of data are the main themes on offer.
