About Inventive Search
Inventive Search is a recruitment consultancy that specialises in placing top talent, within the technology sector globally. We work very closely with our clients to fully understand their recruitment needs and challenges in todays current market. Our goal is to only place candidates in positions where they will add value to our clients and produce outstanding results. We do this by spending time understanding the clients’ individual requirements and key business drivers that are unique to them; mentoring, interviewing and coaching both clients and candidates to ensure a successful outcome. We pride ourselves in delivering a high level service to both clients and candidates, running different interviewing techniques, including presentations, panel interviewing, scenario based interviewing (SBI) amongst others. We use our years of experience to make sure this is the most efficient and cost effective way of bringing quality talent to our clients’ business. We originated in the Technology sector working with large global tech companies helping them discover the top talent in the market; since then we have helped break smaller boutique companies into the UK marketplace. More recently, we have added a dedicated resource to focus on the construction sector.
