Invest in Pomerania is a strategic initiative dedicated to transforming the investment landscape of the Pomeranian region. Launched in 2011 by regional authorities and business institutions, our mission is to enhance the region's attractiveness for investors, foster job creation, and strengthen the competitive edge of local enterprises, including SMEs. From 2016 to 2023 we successfully expanded our support for both new and existing investors, adapting to the evolving economic landscape. Key Achievements: Business Support: 1531 enterprises received assistance. Infrastructure: 32 hectares of land prepared for investment. Promotional Activities: 82 international and 368 national initiatives. Job Growth: 230% increase in FDI-related jobs. Investment Inflow: 160% rise in FDI. Economic Growth: 7.4% annual growth in gross value added in sectors like IT, R&D, BSS, Semiconductors, Mobility, and Offshore. We facilitated significant investments from global leaders such as Arrow, Swarovski, Capgemini, Nike, State Street, EPAM, Bayer, PWC, Northvolt, Thyssenkrupp, Siemens Gamesa, Lacroix Electronics, AQ, Flex, and Jabil.
