About iNZect® Direct

iNZect® Direct's main focus is to enhance traditional farming and the environment through natural feed and fertiliser production. Actively working to create and provide innovative, sustainably-produced and packaged products to New Zealand's growing insect marketplace. iNZect® Direct is one of New Zealand's oldest specialised insect farms beginning back in 2006. Mastering multiple species and currently just focusing on quality silkworms, crickets and soldier fly larvae as essential feed for the likes of kiwi, tuatara, monkeys, meerkats through to pet frogs, reptiles, birds and more. With an extensive client base throughout Aotearoa developed over more than 15 years trading. These nutrient-dense insects are produced in custom-built farming systems utilising significantly less water, land, and feed resources in comparison to traditional livestock farming. Two kinds of high quality, plant immune-boosting frass fertilisers are created as a farming by-product. Insect frass fertilisers are a natural source of plant nutrients for gardening and farming, helping to create a pathway away from artificially produced, high-emission fertilisers.
