About Its Arab

ITS Arab is endorsed by the Arab League ( represent 22 Arabic Countries) with the objective of helping the acceleration of ITS deployments in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).Where ITS are now recognised across the MENA region as critical components of local, regional, and national transport strategies to help improve safety and security, reduce congestion and enhance environmental quality. ITS Arab is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting effective partnerships between transport professionals, decision makers, research/academic institutions and industry. It is funded through annual membership subscriptions, services and sponsorships. ITS Arab key objective is to increase ITS awareness, identify requirements and disseminate the appropriate solutions and standards suggested by both the academic and the industry experts. The purpose is to help accelerate the development and deployment of ITS technologies using both traditional and Public Private Partnerships (PPP) contractual approaches. In order to facilitate business activities, Exeer Limited (trading as ITS Arab) was founded in 2006 to the be legal entity for ITS Arab.
