Ivy Wild Wellness LLC provides yoga instruction, reiki energy healing and education on the Fertility Awareness Method. Jordan began the business in 2018 after she graduated from her 200 hour yoga teacher training to provide yoga instruction and mindfulness to clients of all backgrounds. She later graduated from her 300 hour yoga teacher training in 2019. With her corporate background, she is able to meet clients where they are at with attainable mindfulness tools to utilize throughout the day. She has experience teaching yoga to a myriad of clients including at yoga studios, gyms, corporate offices, residential drug & alcohol rehab centers, birth centers and more. She also works with private clients. As life continued, Jordan was introduced to The Fertility Awareness Method and became immensely passionate about the subject, deciding to become a teacher of the method herself. She became a certified teacher under the FEMM method in November of 2022. She is passionate about teaching women about their bodies and cycles to either prevent pregnancy naturally, attain pregnancy, or just gauge overall hormonal health. Jordan became level 3 Usui reiki attuned in September of 2022. With Jordan's background in yoga, she takes a whole body approach to teach clients FAM and create a relationship with mind, body + spirit to #ReclaimYourInnerWisdom.
